This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on digitallydrunk.com (“Website”) and related services (“Services”) provided by Digitally Drunk (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing our Services, you agree to the terms stated below.
Payments & Stripe Processing

All online card payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. or other PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Approved refunds will be issued via Stripe to the original payment method, where possible.

Because we collect payments globally, your bank or card issuer may charge:

Currency conversion fees

Cross-border transaction fees
These fees are not refundable.

Refund settlement time depends on banking channels and Stripe (typically 5–10 business days after processing).

The work has not been used, published, or implemented (e.g., website made live, ads launched, designs posted publicly).

Cancellations Before Work Begins
You may request a cancellation with a 100% refund if:
✔ Work has not yet started
✉ You notify us at arpan@digitallydrunk.com with your order details
If preliminary work has begun (planning, design drafts, strategy meetings), a partial refund may be issued, reflecting the portion of work completed.
Refunds After Delivery — Quality Concerns
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with delivery must:

Be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Include the reason you believe the service is not as described

Confirm that the deliverables have not been used commercially or published
Eligible outcomes may include:

Revisions or corrections (preferred solution)

Full or partial refund depending on:

Scope already completed

Third-party costs incurred (e.g., ad spend, domains, hosting, stock assets)

If work has already been utilized, we cannot issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Components
The following cannot be refunded:

Services already fully delivered & used

Third-party expenses, including but not limited to:

Marketing budgets to platforms like Google/Meta

Domain registration & hosting fees

Software subscriptions/licensing fees

Refund requests made after 7 days from delivery

Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or cooperation for evaluation
Refund Timeline & Delivery
Once a refund is approved:

We will initiate the refund within 10 days

Your bank/card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days

Account credits or direct bank transfers may be used if the payment method is no longer valid
Exchange rate differences are not refundable.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a bank/card dispute, please contact us — we are happy to resolve concerns directly.
If a chargeback is filed:

Access to Services may be suspended pending resolution

We may provide evidence to dispute fraudulent claims

If the chargeback is reversed in our favor, outstanding dues remain payable
