Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case you are not satisfied with the services, you can apply for a refund by writing us at email@example.com. A refund request will be accepted in case the order has not been initiated from our end or the customer is not satisfied with the quality of work within 7 days from the date of delivery of the project.
A valid reason for cancellation should be stated in your cancellation request
- Refund can take up to 10 days to process.
- Refund will be made through account credits or direct transfer to your bank account.
- In case a credit card was used for placing an order, the refund will be made to the credit card used for placing the order.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- The service delivered is not as described.
- Service delivered (website/graphics/creatives) must be unused
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, If the refund request does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
